Yes, we require a meet and greet consultation with each new client.
This takes place at your home with your new sitter. This gives us a chance to meet you and your pet. We will discuss all of your pet's needs at this time.
We ask that all new clients have two copies of their house keys ready for us at the meet and greet consultation. Your pet sitter will use one and the other is put in our office in a secure location.
If we don't keep your keys on file, there will be a $10 charge for us to pick up or drop off keys at any time other than during the meet and greet.
Payments must be made in full at the time of booking or on the first day services begin. We currently accept credit cards via Time To Pet, cash, checks, and Venmo.
Greater Portland Pet Sitting is fully insured and bonded.
If you need to cancel services at any time, we will place a credit on your account that you can use for future bookings within one year. Services that are canceled after we arrive will be charged the full amount.

Yes, we do. We charge a $15 fee for New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
